Application-file review

Submission Readiness Review

A structured check before you submit.

Is this the right option for you?

You have assembled an application dossier and want help spotting missing pieces, unclear information or inconsistencies before submission.

What we work through

We review the file against the agreed scope and relevant application context. Choose the version that matches whether your business case also needs substantive review.

  • Without business-case review: focus on the application documents and the readiness of the dossier.
  • With business-case review: add an assessment of the business case alongside the application-file review.
  • Identify missing, inconsistent or unclear elements.
  • Receive feedback on the points to address before submitting.

What to prepare

Provide an organised dossier, identify the intended region and application channel, and explain any outstanding documents or known uncertainties. The review is most useful when the file is substantially prepared.

What you should leave with

A clearer view of the remaining work and the changes to consider before submission.

Scope of this offer

These are file-review services; a consultation is not automatically included. A review does not guarantee that an authority will regard a file as complete or approve it, and does not itself submit the application.

How to arrange it

Get in touch with the name of this offer and a brief outline of your situation. We will confirm the scope, price, format and any preparation required before you commit. Timing and delivery arrangements are agreed before the work begins.

Non-EU citizen planning to work for yourself?

A professional card is mandatory before starting a self-employed activity unless an exemption applies. EU/EEA and Swiss nationals are exempt; qualifying family, residence or other statuses can also provide exemptions. Already living in Belgium does not automatically exempt you. For a move from abroad through the professional-card route, approval is a required step before the long-stay visa can be granted. This is separate from an employee’s single permit.
