Q&A Consultation

Make room for the questions that are holding you up.

Is this the right option for you?

You have a small number of specific questions about the route or preparation process and want a focused conversation.

What we work through

We use the time to clarify your questions and discuss the next steps that may help. This option is useful when you need orientation without a full eligibility discussion or document review.

  • Discuss your priority questions.
  • Clarify unfamiliar terms or preparation steps.
  • Identify information that needs checking.
  • Consider whether another service would address the work you need.

What to prepare

Send a concise summary of your questions in advance through the agreed process. Focus on the points you most need to resolve rather than submitting a full dossier for review.

What you should leave with

Clearer answers within the scope of the discussion and a practical direction for further work.

Scope of this offer

This is not a full eligibility assessment, business-case review or submission-readiness review. If your question requires detailed document analysis or specialist advice, we will clarify that scope.

How to arrange it

Get in touch with the name of this offer and a brief outline of your situation. We will confirm the scope, price, format and any preparation required before you commit. Timing and delivery arrangements are agreed before the work begins.

Non-EU citizen planning to work for yourself?

A professional card is mandatory before starting a self-employed activity unless an exemption applies. EU/EEA and Swiss nationals are exempt; qualifying family, residence or other statuses can also provide exemptions. Already living in Belgium does not automatically exempt you. For a move from abroad through the professional-card route, approval is a required step before the long-stay visa can be granted. This is separate from an employee’s single permit.
